Adán teaches organ, piano, and music theory across three institutions, and works with church musicians and student conductors in workshops and residencies.
Organ and piano studio
California Lutheran University
As University Organist he mentors a studio of young organists on the Borg Peterson Memorial Organ in Samuelson Chapel and teaches applied piano on the music faculty. He runs a recital series that brings international artists to the console, including the monthly Afternoon Bach Recital Series, which his students hear and play in.

Choral and orchestral direction
Holy Family, Glendale, and the Glendale Youth Symphony
Five ensembles at Holy Family, from the St. Cecilia Chorale to the Cherubim and Seraphim children's choirs, and the Glendale Youth Symphony, a community youth orchestra he founded and led from 2019 to 2026.
